I normally pick up about 5-7 prepackaged bags of broccoli and cauliflower that can be found near the salad in the store or the organic section.

Each has 4 servings of veggies in them and some you can just poke holes in the bag and toss in the microwave for 5 mins or toss in a steamer. This is how ive found easiest to get mine in consistantly.

That ontop of buying a bunch of frozen veggies like broccoli and cauliflower and such and adding them to dishes.

Also adding a bunch of spinich and such to eggs in the morning helps .

Broccili, Greenbeans, Cauliflour, Spinach, Asparagus. 1/2 lb of each a day.

No, but the poppies that they derive heroin grows from the ground.

Interesting how many people mention cauliflower. I’ve always read that it is relatively lacking in the nutrient department compared to other vegetables and fruits.

If you’re looking for the most bang for your buck, go for the more “colorful” fruits and veggies: spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, berries, etc.

As said above: look at the colour.
Rule of thumb for fruits is: the more coloured, the more anti-oxidants (red, purple…).
For veggies, it’s good to get all colours (white/yellow, green, red) in every day, because they all have other health benefits.

Dont look for perfect veggie combinations.

First thing, make sure you eating veg and fruit in the first place. dont be one of those people who are asking for the best type of veg as a form of procrastination.

I personally think most veggies are created equal compared to processed foods. Get a few different types of frozen veg in bags. Go through 3-4 in a week.

Spinach, capcicum, onion, carrot, cellery, tomato’s (fruit… i know). Helps if you prechop them, store in an airtight container in your fridge.

Buy a bag of apples. If your new to this, just try to eat one a day.

These are things i have found that help getting my veg intake up.

I’m jsut going to eat cans of tuna and shit loads of spinach and flax like ive been doing with yellow jacket ephedra pills. i’ve lost mad fat so far…so i guess stick with what works…huh. a little muscule loss isn’t a big deal. i rather lose mass then eat gross bland vegetables by the ton. I’ll just go back on m1t if i lose mass. so whatever.
