Day of injection or day after injection? I’m trying to see where my e2 sits at 125mg TRT per week (high aromatizer :/) should I avoid taking my ai before getting blood drawn or take it as usual?
I would have it drawn the morning before your injection so you are seeing trough numbers. I would stick to your normal AI schedule but don’t take it the morning of he test?
IMO, generally speaking if getting blood drawn is convenient and inexpensive, it would be best to draw blood the morning after an previous evening injection and the morning before the next injection.
This method would give you near the greatest testosterone and near the the lowest testosterone. You know that the decay curve fills in between those times, which you can approximately interpolate.
Then add your AI and run some further tests, to see how the other hormones are being affected. It might take a few months for meaningful information. But you might not need any AI at all.
