Will do, and I know its hard to figure but I’m trying to work on both. I practice shooting and dribbling for an hour and a half six days a week, and lift four times (upper lower splitx2). This way none of the basketball actually requires anything that the lifting does (aka sprints or such, its all very low intensity).
I’ll try mixing the recovery and the workout fuel, that sounds interesting.
From what I’ve read up on doing such low intensity things as an hour of shooting and an hour of low intensity dribbling without playing any games really shouldn’t negatively effect my weight gains.
Likewise the weight training really doesn’t hurt my shooting because I shoot before hand, and 24 hours is enough time to recover well enough to shoot again.
Thanks bro
