Best Hair Growth Plan?

I am curious if people have experience with programs such as Hims, Keeps, etc…? Or even a procedure with good results?

I have a lot of thinning in the crown area, that has happened over the last year. I fear this will continue, and would like to have it treated. Over the last ~8 months I began trying to treat with Bosley shampoo/foam topical, then later went to a Minoxidil 5%/ Azelaic Acid 12.5%/ Finasteride 0.1%/ Ketoconazole 2% - 60ml dropper bottle from Defy. I would say I have not seen any growth. I don’t want to conitnue to invest in products that aren’t providing the results. Therefore, trying to get an idea of better options out there.

Thank you for the input.

I use keeps. It’s easy to use and not too expensive. I just get finasteride from them. I buy the whole year worth at a time, to save a bit. It’s like $240 for the year.

Finasteride works. Some do get sexual sides from it. I haven’t experienced that. I’d recommend if you try it to gradually bump up the dose.

Finasteride might get you a bit more hair, but it’s a lot better at maintaining what you have.

Minoxidil is better for new growth. I take the oral version. I can’t really recommend it, because it has an FDA black box warning. I believe it can be run at a low enough dose to be safe but effective (more so than the topical version). Dermatologists Rx it off label often. Do you own research if considering.
