Holy Shit! I can’t believe it!

So the 3 scoop protein shake I have before bed is going to waiste?

BTW I’ve been having Steak + Almonds for breakfast over the last week, it’s really good.

And remember the usual, 2g of protein/ lbs. Get your healthy fats etc…

Needs another sausage patty though, IMO, and one just isn’t enough.

2 Pieces Wholegrain Toast
3-4 Eggs (Fried, Boiled, Scrambled - whatever)
50 g Protein in water
optional fruit

can’t really go wrong with that, whether your cutting or bulking

this is the worst post ive seen in a while i mean why wud u want protein before bed, all it does it help your body grow and recover

I like making a shake with LOTS of protein and carbs… I used to put fat in as well… but am doing P + C/P + F meals… so I have:

  • egg whites (I get cartons of them)
  • protein powder
  • Oats
  • Frozen Fruit
  • Banana
  • Honey
