sen say, I have been thinking. Does it have to be a cooked, traditional breakfast? When I’m in a hurry and don’t want to feel too full, I will eat Liberte organic goat yogurt with a serving of Vanilla or Strawberry Metabolic Drive. Throw in 1/4 cup steel cut oats and some strawberries on top. It’s heavenly.
I had a Metabolic Drive shake with Superfood some frozen blueberries and some spinach. Timed it ALMOST perfectly ! Should’ve drank it down at 9:30 instead of 9:00…all in all though it was a successful binge.
