I think that commercial will always work.
I tried that when I was little with my mom, she took me out to the car,opened up the door of the car and beat the ever-loving shit out of me.
I tried it with my dad once as well, thats when I came out of the bathroom,red faced sniffling after having my short life pass before me,saying I was sorry to everyone that worked in the store.
