5/3/1 again. Moving back to 4 days a week cause it’s hard to fit in any form of accessories without feeling burnt out whilst doing 2 days a week. This would be cycle 5 if I were to include the past 2 cycles. I’ll be doing cycle 5 and 6 back to back with the same training max. 7th week should be a deload week?

Will be running the barbell rows training max very light.
Day 4 squats are to be done with a dynamic/technique work style. Timed rest between sets.
Tentatively, the days will be monday/tuesday/thursday/friday. I’ll be doing my runs on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, after my gym work.
Any thoughts to everyone who is reading this? I might add in some bodybuilding fluff, like some isolation of 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps if I ever feel like it. Doubt it though.

Hey man, you could chuck in some rear delt work such as a few sets of high rep facepulls and pull aparts on bench and ohp day , for shoulder health and Its a good idea to have strong rear delts.

Really hard to do lunges in weightlifting shoes, probably shouldn’t try this next time. Was going to do this in a EMOM format but I realised that it was very counterproductive. Can’t do my back raises for ‘therapeutic purposes’ if I’m on a timer hah.
Finished the entire workout in an hour. That was a rather decently condensed hour if I may say so myself.

Was originally supposed to run today but nope, my legs are still hella sore from yesterday. On the plus side, I did a max rep set of pull ups and I got 20 (kind of) so that’s nice.
the first 14 or so weren’t fully locked out so I don’t know if I’m allowed to say I did 20 haha. What do y’all think?

No joke, when bub hits two there’s so much fun stuff you guys can do. They work well as an implement.
Give it a few years and who knows where you’ll end up. I’ve this one friend who’s the same height as me, 84kgs, benches 150kgs, did a max rep pull ups of 50 and runs a almost sub 9 minute 1.5mile.
