Messed around with my pals and came up with a mindset challenge of sorts.
Did a crucifix hold (not holding anything,no weight) for 5 minutes, time myself probably could’ve done more. Well, at least I held it for 5 minutes, the rest went just slighty over 2 minutes. To those who’re reading this, care to give it a try and tell me what y’all think? Is it too easy of a ‘mindset challenge’ or were my friends just pussies? haha

basically this with no weight lmao, held it at 90 degrees the whole time.
I just gave it a try for 3 minutes and it was starting to hurt a fair bit, 5 minutes would have been very hard. I suppose if it has you fighting a mental battle with yourself you can call it a mindset challenge, it’s a cool idea.

As for training… I think I’ll pretty much not be training till Janurary since its quite a busy period for me. Birthday coming up and all.
Well shit. Haven’t trained thus far, duh. Been eating a shit ton of food and I’ve put on maybe 1.5kgs, on the bright side, it’ll make for a far better before picture on the unofficial transformation challenge thing I’ve coming up in 2017. Typing this at 4am on my birthday cause I just can’t sleep. Maybe the aircon ain’t right or maybe it’s literally the lack of activity. Not doing anything physical sucks. 2016 was a pretty shitty year to be honest, I’m pretty sure at least a decent amount of people might agree with me. Whatever the case, here’s to 2017, I’m going to kick your ass 2017. Just watch me.

I did 10 minutes with one arm. I wanted to go through your log and listen to some music, so I decided to just do it with one arm and double the time to make up for the other arm.
It took a lot of willpower not to jiggle my shoulder around or to bend my elbow. Especially considering my arm started shaking after the 6 minute mark.

I don’t know what’s weirder, the fact that you held your arms up without weight for an amount of time or that I felt the impulse to hold my arms up for a longer amount of time.
15 minutes, both arms. Hands were quite numb by the end.
Well shit, I guess the time to beats just went up to 15 minutes.
If you want something really bad, try laying in your back and touching your chin to your chest as many times as possible. Going by time is a good way to track. After a few minutes it gets unbearable.

Been feeling kinda sick as of late, really effing weird. Been aching all over and feeling nauseous. At one point, I seriously thought I was gonna die. On the bright side, got my wrist somewhat fixed up in a non traditional medical sort of way. According to a senior of mine who is very into rehab and stuff, I’ve a frozen shoulder and it could be what’s affecting my wrist. Did some stuff on that shoulder and I literally gained 60 degrees of rotation back on that injured hand.
Add in little to no appetite for good measure.
