Pitiful numbers.

I lose so much strength going past a certain depth, I think I would have had a more productive hour if I just spent it stretching instead.

I’m so weak at olympic back squats its maddening

Squats

Mostly working on technique.

Went up to 90kg x 3 for a few sets.

Was going to do squat/push press/bench press today but after I did a set with 60kg on squats I could barely walk.

This was despite a lengthy 1 hour warm up and after lots of stretching.

Too bummed out to do the rest of the workout, whats the point if I can’t even squat properly.
