Beginner plan for first and only cycle for the year.

Im looking to try steroids for the first time ever, Complete natty here. Im looking to do one 6 week cycle of Test-Prop. After this cycle i want to follow a PCT plan that will ensure that some of the gains I’ve made can be kept. What would be the dosage and dosage schedule for Test-Prop and what should i take for the PTC and for how long?

With what purpose in mind?

  1. Muscle gain ( hoping to keep 30% of what i had in cycle)
  2. Overcoming my current muscle strength plateau. to overcome them i usually focus on calisthenics, PT stretches before getting back to progressive overload workouts. However i haven’t been able to progress in months.

Have you thought this out much? You will have barely started to feel your strength gains before you will be off. And the gains will abruptly stop.

What is your plan for the next plateau?

as long as im able to keep some of my gains then im good. Im not looking to continuously gain muscle at the rate that a T cycle provides. More than anything else, i want to push my body as hard as i can to get past my current platue. In regards to strength, pls let me know if I’m wrong but test-prop on a 6 week cycle should be enough for marginal strength gains?

Just for clarfication … when you mean beginner your meaning running gear? I assume you have a general physical base built up and have your nutrition and training somewhat in order?

It depends, if I’m able to keep the gains and strength after the cycle then ill continue focusing on maintaining what i have. Id prefer a personal trainer to guide me but i currently do not have the funds to pay for one consistently. So for the moment I’m looking at the second best option (test-prop). When i hit my next platue, i honestly don’t think ill go for another cycle, only because of how harm-full repeated cycles can be to your bodys endocrine system.

Yes, beginner for gear. I have been working out for 4 years consistently and Im currently taking in a calories surplus of 4500 calories a day to bulk up (5,11 and 160).
