Beginner 2 Week Cycle

I found the idea from Bill Roberts, and he doesnt seem like a dumb man. But i’d appreciate it if you could give me an alternative that you think would be more beneficial to me

A real cycle. Just do the usual half gram of test for 12 weeks.

I think plenty of people have offered alternatives. You just don’t like the alternatives.

Do the 2 week cycle. Post results. If it sucks, learn from it and move on. If it’s great, learn from it and move on.

And whom was Bill Roberts intending it for? I highly doubt a beginner, but go ahead and do it. I am also sure you don’t have every aspect down that he suggested.

Why not a normal cycle like everyone else mentioned? Why try to reinvent the wheel? What worked 40 years ago still works today. Some short seemingly cool magic cycle is bullshit. Nothing replaces hard work, dedication, dieting correctly, and pinning often for extended periods.

Thanks for the feedback guys, Ill do some more research into 8-12 week cycles. For the longer cycles i’d be best running some test cyp wouldnt I? Or are there other things you’d recommend, maybe a stack?

Oh and if I trial the 2 week cycle at any point ill notify you on the results, good or bad

Run the test cyp for as little as 8 weeks, do the standard post cycle. That’s a good starting point to add to the next cycle, and there will be a next cycle.

mind boggling really that people are expecting 10lbs gain from a 2 week cycle…

Perhaps not impossible, especially a beginner but it would be mostly water bloat I would say you can hope for one lb, maybe 2 lean lbs as a beginner.
