Begin...The Rest is Easy

Yesterday

45 min peloton @ 170 watts

Class was zones 3 and 2, zone 3 was a bit rougher than it should’ve been, especially on sore legs but not too terrible all things considered.

Leaving on a long weekend trip tomorrow morning probably no lifting but will do some core work and get some hiking in. Any Taos tips are appreciated.

Weight has been pretty steady in the upper 260s but physique is looking a bit better, I think.
