4k Air Squat Challenge - Day 8 of 8 (?)

Sunday - 23 March 2025
Workout: Daily work, 0755-0825 (30 minutes)

3 rounds of:
a) Sled push - sled + 90 lbs - 25 yards
b) Alternating DB snatch - 50 lbs - 12
c) Sled push - sled + 90 lbs - 25 yards
d) Shrug - 2x65 lbs - 12

Neck extension - 10 lbs - 35, 15
Neck flexion - 10 lbs - 35, 15

Still fasted.

Now I’m really done.

Still optimistic that I’ll have some time and energy for something in the mornings before all the work meetings this week, but we’ll see.

Come what may, I’m definitely looking forward to the warmth of Orlando and a long weekend at the Disney parks!

Workout: Random Hotel Things, 0710-0740 (30 minutes)

5 rounds of:
a) Pull-up (strict, various grips) - 5
b) Push-up - 10
c) Air squat - 15

Incline DB press - 2x50 lbs - 10, 10, 10
Rear delt flye - 2x15 lbs - 10, 10, 10

Fasted.

Well, that was, in fact, a random hotel workout. But every day I do something is a day I’m NOT doing nothing, so it’s a win.

Still short on time because it’s late and tomorrow’s another long day, but…

I managed to channel my inner-@T3hPwnisher and ordered a triple-patty cheeseburger—no toppings, no buns—at lunch today!

I’m counting that as another win.

Morgan’s Summer Shred - w1d1

Workout: Off

Feels weird to log an “off” day—particularly because I’ve been off since Disney—but Morgan’s Summer Shred starts today, so here I am.

And I’m following coach’s orders now, too, so I’ll actually be taking off days, I’ll be cutting out things like daily work, etc., etc.

Not 100% sure I’m buying it yet, but I’m gonna give it a fair shot and see what happens…
