Workout: Daily work, 1715-1750 (35 minutes)
3 rounds of:
Leg ext - 90 lbs - 16
Leg curl - 75 lbs - 16
KB swing - 32 kg - 30
Assault bike - 59 calories
So I’m sitting all day, and the pain is getting worse and worse. I try stretching a bit, but nothing’s helping—figure I might need a Plan B or something, because the last time I pushed the SI joint issue I was laid up for a long, long time.
Then I go upstairs to get coffee or something, and all of a sudden: Poof! The pain is gone. No idea why, except that whatever must’ve slipped out of placed suddenly popped back in!?!
I was still aware of it—and I still am—but it’s not pain, just tenderness. Nothing I’m worried about, though, so I did the daily work just like always—and now I’m done!
