The crazy thing with the original super squats like @SvenG is running, is that the other work is just as or sometimes more brutal than the squats. The upper body doms on this 6 weeks is out of control.

Fridays are fast becoming the worst day of the week—that was super-tough!
Controlled failure on that last rep of bench press, but failure nonetheless—actually almost missed the 11th one there. Likewise on the BB curls: Almost missed the 9th this time, but I eventually completed a very messy rep before failing to hit the 10th.
In fact, I was so dead by the end of this workout that I couldn’t even do 25 unbroken crunches…
But we march on.
