You are indeed correct, I have very little recollection of the horror of those 6 weeks. Seeing @T3hPwnisher get after breathing squats recently has made me view my time with super squats though rose tinted glasses. Like Ah the good old days. LOL

It’s only about 25 degrees this morning, but not much wind, so the cold was pleasant and kind of refreshing.

Got about 3 minutes in before the mount came loose, and I crashed the bike!

Yes, that’s right: I crashed a “stationary” bike.

And yes, I know—it’s a road bike on a training wheel, but whatever. Point is, it’s not SUPPOSED to move.

And yes, that’s happened before…

Anyway, it took me a few minutes to reset, at which point I basically started the ride over.
