This workout was slightly rushed, and pretty unstructured. I had just gotten done driving 5 hours from SW Virgina where I had spent the weekend. I drank a lot, and let loose on the eating for a couple days. Regardless, I was pumped to be back in the gym, had a ton of energy, but was just kind of scatter brained. On top of that I had to go to my school’s gym, since Gold’s closed at 3 pm. So, I just went with what I had been doing in terms of accessory work.
On that note, I do plan to add single leg deadlifts in place of the single leg squats. Not sure if that will be too much work to the PC muscles in a day or what. I like doing the extra ham and quad work on my DL day - and the PC work on squat day. We will see. In either case, I’m sure I’ll get stronger.
