Beat me to it. Beavis and Butthead fit their time perfectly, and in a way reflected it. It just doesn’t fit now.
I picked up the TimeLife Video Series when they came out. Definitely classic stuff. Didn’t include the music videos though, which I think was part of the (cheap budgeted) charm, hearing two idiots badmouth everything they watched. I’ll hold my opinions until I see what they turn out as far as new episode. The other shows mentioned sucked for different reasons. Deathmatch was a crappy idea for a series, it was a funny concept, but just never really held anyone’s attention longer than 5 minutes. Ren and Stimpy sucked after the 1st season, because they fired the creator and essentially removed what made the show edgy and unique in the first place. I seriously doubt anyone’s going to try a Beavis and Butthead without Mike Judge,… so we’ll see.

I weighed 145 until I was 21, and looked exactly like Beavis.
I got used to the nickname and grew to love it.
We will see how this turns out.

^I hated that show but for some dumb reason enjoyed there movie. Maybe because there were a couple guys in boot camp that they remind me of. I always wanted to just see them die a very very painfull death.

Right. I think something like Daria would work though if a “comeback” is what theyre aiming for.
