Thanks Busy, to be honest i’ll think about that. That seems like something i’d do during a short tidy-up period, like a DETOX or something.

Pathos, it seems like the more i think about it, the more complex it gets. If I make any progress i’ll let you guys in on it.

Right. It IS a detox. That’s the whole freaking idea begind the elimination diet, LOL!!!

There’s a reason it works SO well, that even CT recommends it (despite in mot being a 'bodybuilder type diet - whateve the crap that is), because it works in complete harmony with your body. Once you have ‘detoxed’ you’ll probably eat a cheesburger or something and realise just how bad it can be for you, by the way it makes you feel like dogsh*t after eating it.

I suspect the idea might be a little too ‘out there’ for you at this stage, eh?

No, i’m not saying your idea is ‘out there’, or hippy bullshit or whatever, i’m just honestly saying that I think i’ll procrastinate for a little while, then try it out.

The reason is, after cutting down, and doing so without carbs for a little while, basically I just want oats and berries for breakfast, bulgar wheat and chicken (no sauce) for dinner and a yoghurt as well, on training days. Really simple pleasures, no cheeseburgers in sight. While I am willing to sort out underlying food intolernaces/whatever, I don’t want to stack two restrictive diets back-to-back, if I can avoid that, you know?

Anyway sorry if i seemed ungrateful cos that’s not the case

It could very well be Candida (yeast overgrowth) in the intestines. sugar and carbs that you eat tend to “feed” the problem. try some good probiotics, DGL and Caprylic Acid.
