Uhm, I have no idea about form, looks awesome to me, but I like your way of putting a plate on your back. I put the plates over my head, so that with my clumsiness can be disasterous.
Nikki–the pushup set-up works well as long as the plate is in the middle of my back, otherwise it falls off it to side…How do you put a plate over your head? Do you have a description in your log or something? The buzz cut is always ready to go lol
