my legs have been gassed lately being in this academy and doing squats right after running but I know it’s only for a short time and ill be back to getting stronger soon.

Also just ordered a SS Bar which I’m pretty excited about using. I’m considering using it twice a week once for my regular squat day and then using it again for my deadlift day which I already am doing front squats for, but I also want to think about dropping deadlifts for the summer and doing front squats and SS BAR squats instead of deads, not sure if that’s a good idea though.

Very smart move keeping your training maxes low at the beginning. I started mine at exactly 90% for everything and didn’t stall until month 9.

Thanks, I’ve made the mistake of starting to heavy before and I end up struggling to get the required reps after a few months. But now this is the first time in a while I can just focus on strength training and conditioning when I want.
