I just ordered some bcaa’s from here and was wondering what would be the best time to take them. I want them to last a little while so i was thinking about taking them 3x a day. How does before/after workout, and before bed sound? If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.

IMO i would take them 3x’s a day, but i would change it to
imediately upon-waking
pre-workout
post-workout

I’m no expert, but here is my 2 cents. Are you taking any other supplementation, like a pwo drink or protein shakes? If you are taking these around your workout you might want to think about taking your BCAAs between meals as well as upon waking and sleeping.

How about you read the label on the bottle and follow that.
