Thanks for all the info guys. I have a tub of L-Leucine in my room that is yet to be used, and I want to start adding it into my meals again. I eat most of my meals at our school’s cafeteria, so my question is, should I take the L-Leucine in my room [15 minutes] before I eat, or [15+ minutes] after I eat?

Probably doesn’t matter.
I’d go for whichever works best with your schedule.
So would it be beneficial to supplement leucine with the waxy maize and protein that I’m currently taking before, during, and after I train?
