How is BCAA recommended to take if youâ??re doing split training daily? Iâ??m currently training for a triathlon and I do my runs, swims, and cycling in the A.M. and do strength training in the afternoon. I have been taking BCAA after each training session. Am I just pissing in the wind?

I think you’re better off taking BCAA prior to and/or during training, although it would be better yet to use MAG-10 since it does the same thing, but much better.

Thanks HK, I’ll check out MAG-10 and see how well it works. In the meantime, I’ll start taking BCAA prior to my workouts.
