I was looking at Charles Poliquin’s super accumulation program and he prescribes 40 bcaa tablets per workout. But the bottle warns me not to take more than 30 in any 24 hour period, why is that?
I also have another question. I read that some fiber supplements impede absorption of some nutrients. Is this even true? What nutrients does it impede if it is? I am going to start the Velocity Diet and I am going to need some fiber I am wondering if I am gimping myself if I take the fiber.
