I am currently trying to gain weight (so im not taking BCAAs for any diet purposes). How is the best way to arrange my BCAA intake? I have been doing 1 dose between meals at some point in the morning, and then before and after workouts.
Is BCAA loading common as with creatine or is it completely unnecessary?
People generally don’t load BCAA. Although, some recommend mega-dosing pre/peri/post workout…this seems to be the most important time to take it, especially post-workout.
What does loading mean? I know that it entails take a large does for a short period of time, but what is the motivation behind it?

I dont think there would be with BCAA’s its not like we store them we use em or crap em out
