Why would anyone willingly read Wolverine comics? For a character who is supposed to be the strong silent type the dude NEVER shuts up. Even the Atlanteans were making fun of him for being the best at boring his enemies to death. Not to mention the silly shit the writers put him in, like taking out the Fantastic Four single handedly. And my biggest pet peeve is his newly unlimited healing ability. In the 90s couldnât heal like that until he lost the adamantium skeleton. Now he has the skeleton and boosted healing, whatâs the point? At least with Deadpool its fun and entertaining to see what he can recover from, with Wolvy its just ho-hum.

The Punisher would never stand a chance against Batman. The Punisher is no different than any number of villains Batman has taken down over the decades: KGBeast and Bane to name a couple. Heâs too run-of-the-mill, plus heâs a weapons expert right? Well so is Batman, just not guns, and every other variable is in Batmanâs favor.

I wouldnât put the Punisher down so quick. Heâs shown to be VERY quick thinking, VERY tough, holds his own against Daredevil. When he plans an encounter, he usually plans several steps ahead, and when things donât go his way, he knows to adapt, when to fight, and when to gtfo.
Iâd say itâd make an interesting comic, the Punisher being the psychotic murderer that he is, and Batman being the psychotic ninja. Bats has quite the upper hand, but Castle always works from a deficit.
