Consisted of around 6 series of 2 with muscle ups and 12 hill sprints on a sandy hill.
The sand is really tough to run on and because it is running on a hill, it is extra hard.

Consisted of around 6 series of 2 with muscle ups and 12 hill sprints on a sandy hill.
The sand is really tough to run on and because it is running on a hill, it is extra hard.
220kg trapbar deadlift, it was the first time that I did a trapbar deadlift and it feels quite nice for the posterior chain!
Did some human flag holds and some muscle ups.
I did around 7 holds each side, but my weak side won’t really go up.
After that I did some front back lever supersets some muscle ups and a lot of dips

I have been working a lot on my snatch technique.
I didn’t use to extend my legs enough, but that problems seems to be adressed now. I solved this with 2 drills.
doing powersnatches from below the knee. I did this because I was going under the bar before completing the extension, so I decided to do a power variant and a below the knee paused power snatch is great, because it is easier to control.
Drop snatches after a jerk drive, this simulates receiving the bar after a full extension.
