I tried to watch the beginning on ESPN today but the commercials were ridiculous. In the last 5 minutes before the start of the game there must have been 20 Heineken commercials that had someone sing “Champion!” immedietly followed by a commercial of a glowing soccerball and someone else singing “champion”. They would then go back to pregame for about 10 seconds and run the same commercials.
It pissed me off to no end and just made me hate soccer even more.
