Friday 10th July - Day 26
No training today. Slipped a little on the diet, but I’ve already fixed it. The macro totals will be wrong, but total calories will be the same.
Time to put in another supplement order me thinks! Time to get some Alpha-GPC, Curcumin 500, and Carbolin 19!

Let me know how the supplements work out. I’m not particularly set on getting any of them, but if they produce results, I’ll definitely give them a try.

Well just reading through the article discussions on the 2 new products has showed that they are both working well for the people trying them.
The Alpha GPC has been a big hit with everyone that’s tried it so far except one person, and that’s because he was taking over the recommended dose.
My intended use for the A-GPC is going to be a little different though, I’m not going to use it straight away. When I start SS, I’m going to keep on going till my own gains start to slow down or stall, and that’s when I’ll add in the A-GPC.
With the Curcumin, a lot of people have said that they’ve noticed an instant effect on muscle and joint pain, and some have reported a mild euphoric feeling. So that seems to be an instant one as well.
I personally haven’t felt any pain, joint, muscle or otherwise so far, so I’m not sure I’ll be using this at full dose. I’ll probably use it 1 cap a day and if I do start feeling any pain I’ll up the dose.
This one is just an insurance policy for me. Being as it will be my first ever attempt at a strength/bulk program, I’m probably going to start out with my calories on the slightly lower side when I start Carb Cycling (H= 3057 M= 2805 L= 2545 Calories) on SS. I may not even use Medium days.
So I’m only going to use this while I’m still tweaking things and finding my feet. I’ve already started using it, and will probably carry on till the end of SS. If it works really well for me, I might make it one of my daily staples.
So I tried a new protein for the first time today. It’s a 78% Micellar Casien protein that’s a bit more expensive then the one I usually buy, but for the quality it should be well worth it.
I totally mis-read the label while trying it earlier and almost choked on it by not using enough water. The protein I usually use takes 150ml water to 1 scoop, but this one is 250-300ml.
I could pretty much tell the difference in quality straight away, so this’ll be part of my permanent stack.
