I don’t think he was saying it is sexist, just that our society is so fucked up that NOW and the like would be in a rage if there were men making sexual innuendos about douching.
Men are suppose to be able to take a joke (esp about balls) and keep it moving. Women are still seen as these frail lil creatures that will shatter if you joke about anything besides PMS (even that can be taboo). Just the way society works.
