I think the point is that they have selection of average faces and then when you pick a combination of girls (or boys) they choose the best features about them and therefore averaging whats your ideal mate.

Sadly, the same works with skinny and fat people. Big muscular people are now so rare that if people do see someone like that, it looks strange to them, even if they might like it deep down.
If your goal is for the most people in the world to think you blend in as “acceptable”, then try your best to NEVER stand out from the crowd.
If, on the other hand, you plan to be the best at something or anywhere near it, expect for quite a few people to find you strange, different or “socially unacceptable”.

Na, the point is that symetry is attractive.
If you have a large enough sample the average will always be attractive.

Just for fun I picked what I consider to be the ugliest faces on there. Man what a bunch of dogs in general! So here is the average of the uglies.
Interestingly it is much more attactive than any of the individual photos I chose.
This proves something.

They shouldn’t have added symmetry to the faces to make them atractive. They should use the average of the ugly and apply that ugliness to the model created. Remember you can measure ugly from the golden ratio and shit. I want ugly dammit!
The ugly I chose should have been epic in its totality.
You guys need to be more creative. Don’t just pick all the ones who you genuinely find attractive. Also, don’t pick too many. Pic one or two that you find attractive, and then throw in about two that are very different. The results are pretty awesome.
