Since you have both results, and the sensitive test is known to be tricky (lots of user error), I think it’s safe to say it’s lab error. Question would be do you “feel” like your e2 is crashed?
Not at all. There is no recourse for Labcorp messing up the lab either, they won’t acknowledge it after speaking with them on the phone.
