TheBird had a thread about mandatory pictures of ourselves in our avatars and most were against it…but I’m thinking we could make a month “That’s Me” month, where we all use our own pics (flexing and sucking in guts accepted if not mandatory) for our avatars.

MacGruber is a persiflage on the MacGyver series, who just happens to look like Roddy Piper in your avatar.
Both Jesse and Roddy came together in the pilot for “Tag Team” which never aired. I thought your avatars were progressing in that direction

It’s not that I don’t recognize some avatars, but I never made it the primary way of recognizing people. Names are, with very few exceptions on these boards, unique, and unchanging. Avatars are sometimes identical(on purpose even), and can be a revolving door, so I think of them more as added flavor than ‘hey, it’s that guy.’
