I’ve just PM’d him some more of my pics.
Mine is pretty self explanitory, and has also been my avatar since Day 1. (i.e. start of T-Nation, not my birth) I see there are others using my likeness in thier avatars, which kind of sucks, since like i’m the origional, but whatever.
I also like real pictures of hotties like southerngirls, or pictures of hotties that aren’t the poster, especially if they are GIF’s and involve large bouncing breasts or junk shaking.

I think it is important that you get a sort of Branding effect with your choice of avatar and so people will remember you more by pic than by name…
I’m in a very corporate enviornment so putting my face on this site would be embarrassing if one of my employees got their hands on it. My avatar is of me throwing one of my 3 sons across a pool…kind of sums up why I love being strong and saves me “face time”
There are only two avatars here that got my attention:
The one with the old man that says “growing old is for pussies” and the other one with Arnold curling a bar loaded beyond acceptable limits of weight.
I used to have a pic of myself for my avatar, but I got tired of being called “hippie”. lol
Now I only use art that I drew myself.
I always look at the avatar as a extension of the poster. Most avatars I would think would have something in common with you and that is why they use it. I have and always will use one of my dogs.
