Avatar Reactions.

I like metalocalypse, hence the current avatar.
If I had any pics of myself they would go to the profile.

Do you find that you give people online more/less credibility/respect based on their avatar?
Yes. The avatar and the handle affects one’s perception of the person behind it.

My avatar is a picture of myself doing the finger with a sword across my mouth. It kind of represents my attitude and the words I speak - i.e. I like to cut through the bullshit, and so forth.

Of course, there are probably those who think I’m a steaming dickhead…but I don’t give a fuck!

makes you feel like your talking to a person, not some random online presence.

Do you feel like your speaking to Frank Zane now?
Yes, curiously enough, I do…lol

I had wondered about the random sword across your avi, now I know

I want your cocktail… FRUIT!

I find Rainjack easier to take seriously now that his avatar is of Mario Pudnowski, instead of the stick figure he had before.

Watching internet shouting from a stick-figure over the internet is difficult to take seriously.

Dude, I didn’t know who you were until today. Is this your first post or something?

I will be looking for a new one after the election, and God help us if I’m wrong.

And yes I judge people based on their av. Not because I think its a good representation of their character, but it’s just all I have to go by until I get to know you better.

I feel that I have nothing to contribute…

i definately look through all the avatars first and then determine whether or not to read a post based on that.
I like Live’s avatar for some reason.

Nope, my 1495th. I changed my avatar recently so you’d probably recognize me by the old one. I’ve had a lot of time away from T-Nation, but just came back into active posting about a month ago.

Haha…I figured that, but wasn’t quite too sure! Hence the detailed explanation :stuck_out_tongue:
