@T3hPwnisher - Thank you! It’s very fun for me to see your strongman stuff. Kalle recently asked me when I was going to start competing in strongwoman. Ha! I don’t think my training really carries over to lifting those huge atlas stones. I can’t even imagine…

This isn’t August, it’s from June. I posted it in training PRs because I was super pleased with that day.
This is from training a few weeks ago. It’s not a PR but since I’m starting to feel old(ish) with crunchy joints I’ll take days when things feel pretty solid.
I’m also a member of the 50+ crowd competing at 57kg.
