Videos below, they’re posted in the challenge thread I started as well if anyone would like some friendly competition.
Db military, seated

60’sx10
70’sx10
50’sx20,17
Tate press, slight incline
25’sx30,25,20,15,10,5. 30 seconds between sets, long enough to do the band pull aparts
Slight incline press for time
25’s for 3 minutes, somewhere between 70-90 reps, rested at lockout occasionally
Also did a set of 30 band pull aparts between each set, plus 3 sets before anything else. Something like 780 pull aparts in less than a 60 minute window got pretty rough near the end.
Too fat for a dip competition
plus I am at fear of re-injuring my pec. Do you have a log? If so, I might add to your challenge as I am doing a lot of rep work with it at the moment.
Friendly Competition/Challenge thread is the one one I started for things of that nature. Come on over, the water’s fine!
I think he meant more do you have a log for lifting.

That shows my newbish-ness in strongman, to not be in the correct vernacular for “log”. I should just give up now…

No log, barbell and dumbbell are all I have access to at the moment.
Haha, yes I meant the strongman implement. Don’t worry this is not the first time this has been confused. Too bad that you don’t have one.
How about db clean and press (or clean once and press away) for reps? Pick a weight (mind you, I only have dbs up to 120 lbs) and I’ll set the initial number of reps.
10/21 deadlift practice and assistance
Was scheduled to squat but didn’t feel like squatting.
Clean style deadlifts. Low hips, high heel shoe, beltless

Had difficultly walking after that set. Videos of a couple pull up sets and the back raises below.
Never done that, only a little bit wih a kettlebell.
Push pressing for reps might also be a good choice. I haven’t done any push pressing with a bar other than a log in a long time. I will see how I can fit something like that in as I don’t like to derail from my programm too much.
I’m pretty pathetic overhead, so it would be good for me. Barbell overhead would be fine
10/24 pressing/leg drive practice and accessories
Felt slow and weak and got a bit sick, so I took a couple days off and caught up on sleep. Felt much better this morning.

185 for 5 sets of 2
185 for 7, missed 8th, set the bar down and hit an 8th, then did a minute or so hold at the top to show the bar who’s in charge.
135 for 5 sets of 5
Weighted pushups
+45 for 29 I think? Video below
+70 for 5 sets of 10
Tate press, 45 degree incline
30’s by 10
40’s by 8 too sloppy for my liking
35’s for 6 sets of 8
DB walks
3 minutes with 5’s held out at top of lateral raise
3 minutes with 2 30’s held overhead
It never feels like a lot, but it looks like so much more volume when I write everything down. I’m used to much more exercises and volume, but I’m feeling much better and performing better this way.
High frequency is my jam.
Hit 185 for 7.5ish today with a barbell. Show me who’s boss!
Sounds like a tough one, since I haven’t done these for so long. I will get back to you with a video, when I have done them. I have no idea where my PR stands with weight. Might even attempt this with an axle.
10/25 Pulling accessories and such
Hip and low back felt a little funny, decided to not pull from the floor and save up for a big squat session tomorrow

+45 for 4 sets of 8
Double overhand holds, no chalk
135x30 seconds
225x30 seconds
315x30 seconds
405xnope. I can hold almost double this with an over/under grip but I could barely budge this lol
Shrugs, loose form, straps, no belt
405 for 100 reps, took about 6 sets
225 for 75, straight set
Barbell rows
225 for 6 sets of 6
135x40, loose form
Weighted ab wheel SS/ weighted back raise
3 rounds of 12
Set of 20 back raises and 25 ab wheel rollout
Tons of fun today. Haven’t done a shrug in years. Made doing rows afterwards feel incredibly light. Might keep shrugs or high rack pulls for a while.

Back Squat, low bar
135x3
185x3
225x1
275x1
315x1
365x1
Added belt, Ace bandage-like knee wraps
425x10 massive PR. Hurt horribly and I’m now covered in lovely red spots
425 for sets of 7(on its own would have been a PR if not for the first set), 5, 3, and 1
300x26
225x50
No Mas. Although pushing this hard is fun, I don’t know if I’ll make it through work. I feel as though I haven’t slept in 36+ hours and my legs are pretty unstable. Somewhat dreading, somewhat excitedly anticipating the soreness tomorrow.

Really impressive shit, mate!
Btw I haven’t forgot about your challenge , I simply didn’t get to train this whole time :o

@Koestrizer thank you sir. No worries on the push press, I hope that both you and I will be lifting for a while. There will always be another day.
Took your challenge today. Did it with an axle after going for a 1 RM. I was surprised at how much of a difference the axle makes. To be honest, I thought that I would definitely have that challenge. We should try that again in the future!
I used 83,5 kg (my axle weighs 36 kg and I don’t have micro plates) and managed 8 reps, failing on the 9th.
