ended up w/ 3 weeks off… few pushups here and there, but that’s it. Weighed myself on a scale I’ve never used before. No idea of its accuracy, but it put me in the upper 230s, which is horrible. That being said, I’m on a cut, no messing around. Going to try and continue gaining strength.
