Anybody ever met Stacey Dash or Halle Berry?

I met Halle Berry in 2002 when I worked at a gym in London. I swiped her membership card, she said “Hi” and I was an instant fan…

At the same gym I met Adam Clayton from U2, Guy Ritchie and Adrian Paul (from the Highlander TV series).
Adrian Paul was the coolest guy I have ever met. Really down to earth and just a positive guy.

I also worked in Scotland at a health spa for a few months where we had celebrities come in all the time. The ones I remember are Samuel L Jackson and Hugh Grant.

Oh, and I also met Anna Paquin (Rogue from X-men) a few times. She was really shy and reminded me of my sister.

Halle Berry

and

The Highlander.

you win.

I shook Muhammad Ali’s hand at SB XXVI.

I saw Sean Penn and Timothy Hutton at the Gold Club in Atlanta.

My best man is friends with Jimmy Snuka. Snuka is hooked up with his old college buddies mom.

She had her lips on the “microphone”.

i bumped into that guy who played the android in the alien movie in windsor when superbowl was going on…

  • Royce Gracie at a seminar

  • Steve Cram, chatted to him whilst waiting in line for the Space Mountian ride at Disneyland, Paris

  • Mark Wahlberg near the Empire State Building. For some reason he was looking directly at me as i looked up, whilst he was sat in a big black 4x4

Well, this isnt about me, but my college roommate, but it is a pretty good story, so anyway -

My roommate, who is Austrian, was visiting L.A. for the first time and was milling about when he noticed Arnold, I think getting out of a limo or something. They were apparently shooting a movie. Anyhow, my roommate shouts over to Arnold, who recognizes his Austrian accent and beckons him over, asks him where he is from and they talk for a bit.

Then Arnold says he is getting ready to shoot a scene for a movie (I am pretty sure Red Heat) and asks if my friend wants to be in it. I believe it is a scene shot in a restaurant for Red Heat (which is not one of my favorite Arnold movies) and my roommate sits in a booth nearby the one Arnold is sitting. I believe the scene had a strange filming effect where the backgound is all blurry but either way my friend didnt appear in the final version, but what the hell.

Then Arnold invites my roommate to his house for breakfast the next day and of course my friend accepts, and has bf with Arnold at his house the next morning.

Ha! If I had Paula Abdul wasted and passed out on my massage table, she’d have every right to say that I molested her after she woke up!

haha…good one dude!

I met Thurman Thomas at Eskimo Joes in Stillwater OK. He was back in town for the OSU spring game. Very cool guy, I was pretty drunk and asked him for an autograph, when some chick who was hitting on him said “he’s not signing autographs”, he turned to me, said “yes I am” signed a napkin for me then proceded to make conversation with me until the girl got mad and left, he then thanked me and bought me a beer.

Met George Bush senior at Fuzzy’s in Houston, nothing more than a “hello, how are you?”

Met Tommy Morrison several times in and around Tulsa OK. Used to be alot of fun to party with.

UK members will mostly recognize the rest. Alex Ferguson, Gordon Strachen, Alex McLeish(used to live in my neigborhood), Jim Leighton (also lived in the neighborhood), Joey Harper (used to be friends with his son).
Oh, and Russ Abbott.

I met Bodybuilder Victor Richards at Costco (where I work). I was pushing a dust mop across the floor. As I was looking down at what I was doing I noticed this HUGE calf step by me. I got a better look and realised it was him.

A few minutes later I walked past him to get a closer look and he made eye contact w/ me and asked where something was; I helped him of course. then I asked if it was him and we started talking. He told me he had just moved “down here” (Portland, OR) and he seemed impressed that I knew he lived in Seattle prior to moving.

He was a very nice guy and soft spoken too! He has a Nigerian accent and his legs and chest are still outrageously thick!

Very cool guy.

My roommate met guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen and said he was friendly too; liked to talk music theory he says.

You lucky bastard

oh yeah!~ I forgot! Keith Hill, Emmit Smith, Troy Aikman, Mike Modano, and some other sports people I cant remember.

I played against Nancy Lieberman and Anne Deforge as well as some other girls that I dont remember the names of that are in the WNBA.
Also I got body rubs by these two Greenback football NFL guys(?) on some NFL Green-something team, they acted like I shouldve known what it was but I still dont remember what its called.

Well, they went to the Mercedes Benz tennis tournament with me and my friend as arranged by my tennis club-i didnt know I was going with them at all. They were both clubbing all the time then grabbing/teasing me whenever they got bored of watching tennis and wanted to go and “walk around” one had a wife there, she was a model who wasnt skinny and real pretty, so he was a dick to do that but maybe she didnt care who knows she seemed like a good person though and paid for all the dinners.

I didnt actually meet Mike Modano but he goes to my athletic club and use to train with my personal trainer. Emmit Smith use to live in my neighborhood and Troy Aikman lives a block from my house, he goes running all the time in the neighborhood.

Keith/Kenneth Hill, i think I overheard someone say he’s #24 of something and in the NFL but he went to A&M and likes to talk to me after he works out about A&M and just stuff, he is really laid back.
Oh well, thats it.

I went to college with Roy Williams of the Dallas Cowboys (Univ. of Oklahoma). Very nice and low key, and he is STACKED!!! His nickname on campus was ‘Superman’. Coach Bob Stoops is very nice also.

Have also met Hakeem Olajuwon, Barry Sanders, Gavin Rossdale (lead singer of Bush), Mystikal, and Nick Cannon, to name a few. All of them are extremely friendly and low key.

Ive met pretty much all of the Gracie boys during the 90’s, especially Helios kids.

Met Ed O’Neil(Al Bundy, from Married with Children). He is one bad ass mo fo. Trains MMA/BJJ as well.

Met Barry Sanders and most of the Detroit Lions throughout the years. Barry has some of the most impressive set of wheels ive ever seen. His calves look unreal.

I met Charles Rogers a few months ago. He was so freakishly small. I remember thinking how does this guy play pro ball? His arms and legs were puny. I could outwork at dude in the gym any day of the week. Its no suprise to me he hasn’t panned out in the NFL. He looks like he would struggle benching his own weight. [/quote]

I have met Barry Sanders as well. He came into one of my old jobs a few years ago. Very nice, friendly, and low key. It was about 3 months after he retired from the NFL. Me and my other co-workers were trying to get him to come out of retirement, he just laughed and said ‘no, I’m all done.’ And I agree about his calves, they are made of rocks.
