My programming is for performance and power. I stick to 1-5 rep range for compound lifts. Do do some 6-10 reps for assistance lifts. Also love hang cleans. I do them about 3-4 times a week. Great way to make yourself more powerful.

What kind of performance are you looking for?

Sports. Trying to get quicker and stronger

Why doesn’t it show the rating after I rate someone?

Yeah where’s them wheels and back man. From the front I’d say you’re off the a good lean start. I’d say throw some weighted chins and incline dBm flyes in just to see if that adds to the top frame. Shaved chest looks alright, but from that sole image, I can’t see your upper chest clearly and arms look alil small unless they are in proportion with your calves and that’s fine.

Or if they’re not, and that’s why we don’t get a pic. Not trying to be rude man, so no offense if you feel I was attacking you.
I’m getting my training split together(former power and speed athlete so I lifted that way). Been outta it for a couple years and now pushing 30 so I’m getting my shit together And I wanna do some damage and possibly on stage…

So, the fact you submitted a pic is excellent due to the courage given I don’t have due to I don’t wanna be criticized too harshly for my before pics. But, keep it up, push more protein and aim for more explosion on those reps and show us what ya got in a few months…
