Took 60-70m. Front squats were easy, used straps cuz comfy stuff. Deadlifts were relatively easy, dont like doing higher reps so I cap them at like 8 5 3 for sets depending on the week. Sumos for reps n such, think I hit my left knee and annoyed it. Leg curls got better, felt in the ass and hams. Farmers were good, super fat grip for grip… of course. Didnt feel like lugging more weight out, but next time I think ill use 180 per hand for a few runs. Good session, love deadlifts, maybe more than my girlfriend. 315 for easy 3 cuz 335 didnt record… dick computer.

Took 70m. Didnt feel like videoing stuff today, so heres some pullaparts from a few weeks ago. Chins were easy, just warming up for pressing, feels good. Floor press felt decent, coulda eeked out another 1 maaaaaaybe 2. Rows felt decent, feel like they are getting better. DB press gotta good pump thaang going, felt good. Rows felt a lot better in the back with the lighter weight. Thinking I should use the lighter weight. Then pumpy shit. Yay. Female shall enjoy.

Took 50m. Squats felt pretty good, first time doing back skwat in like 2 months I think. Felt like I could hit a good depth today so I did. Think I hit good enough depth. Form felt better as I kept going. And holy hell is that like 4 inches a big difference. Felt like my back stayed relatively straight, maybe a little movement on a few. Tell me whatcha thaaank. Sled dragging was fuckin tough. Backwards killed my quads, forward killed the hams mostly. All the suddent out of nowhere I couldnt breath. Felt like I got hit by a truck. Holy conditioning they were lying. My milkshakes bring all the boys to the yard.

Took 75m ish. Chins increased a rep semi easily. Press was so damn close to 180 friggen 5. Wanted it. If i would have gotten it another inch it would have went up. Rows were good, got another rep or so. Ring pushups were really good, went fairly heavy for those, gonna try to get 10 reps then increase it. Like the pyramids. Rows went good, gonna increase next time like 2.5 ish. Band stuff for da pump, cuz cumming ya know.

Took 60-70m ish. Deadlifts all felt pretty damn good except the second at 385, back rounded cuz the bar dirfted away from me. Others felt locked in. Lunges made me breath like a chunky man and gave me a nice quad and ass thaaang. Sleds gave me a nice pumps nd cardio thing. Not too bad.

Brother was deadlifting and the last one started twerking. Thought it was friggen hilarious, had to take a little rest to recoup. Twerk it guuuurl

Took like 45m. Didnt have it after front squats. Got like a week off from lifting next week. 275 didnt feel too bad. Think I coulda done more in a stooopid grind of a lift. Prolly gonna have to do full body workouts for like a month in a half. Working 4 days a week 12 hours each day roughly. Thinking like wednesday friday sunday or so. Not bad


Going to be in North Carolina until like Wednesday so not going to be lifting, guess ill give the ol body some rest. Going to do lots of soft tissue and stretching/ROM stuff. 14 hour drive and I got sick the last two. Rough. Gonna feel great when I start again hopefully.

I’m about 2 1/2 hours from that area. Durham/Raleigh is close to the heart of NC strongman. NAS state chairman Lynn Morehouse runs a gym I believe. Morrisville Community Crossfit. Has basically any piece of strongman equipment available.

Took 75m. Gonna go 3 days a week the next 6 weeks or so due to my internship. This felt pretty good. First lifting in a week, body felt great. Felt a little weak, but next week ill be normal for sure. Was consistantly sweating the entire time. Dripping. Really liked the 10x3 setup. Short rest between handling fairly heavy weights. Only like 70-75% but still its my first week back. Ill get like 205-225 at some point in the next couple weeks. Rows felt decent, felt a little weak tho. Push press felt good, gonna add 2.5-5ish next time. Front squats felt good, hard on the last couple sets. Quads were burning. Superset stuff was tough, huge pump and burn and stuff. Good session. Liked full body. No video lovelies. And today I went to the zoo with my girlfriend and we saw a giant ass grizzly bear, the thing walked right toward us, turned around, and shit right the in front of us. Awesome day.

Bear was like “Ayooo…ima drop dis here doe right quick pc.”
