Took about 75m. Front squats tried to be for speedys, but I went a little heavy, shoulda stayed like 205ish. Not bad though. Press with bands for shits and giggles. Hopefully it helps a little, not gonna be every time but from time to time. Really felt like the bands helped with the bar path, so I definietly got something out of it. Tried to keep the elbows in a little more. Think I did pretty good. Push press pretty good. T bar rows felt real good. Erectors were a little tired from last time with deadlifts, so I went with real strict form. Got a good squeeze goin betweeen the scaps. Chinups felt good between and did most between front squats.
Press 115 with bands for three, any advice would be grand.
Push press 175 for an easy triple. Hows the elbow position and such anybody. Form in general. Yeah its baby weight I know…
Pull looked solid too me, I might start working on pushing your hips through or my mental cue “hump the bar” a little earlier

Front squat felt decent, warming up my back like spasmed or something. Feels really tight, but not too bad. Ring pushups gave me a big tit pump… mmmm perky. Snatch rack pulls are friggen awesome. Felt it like my entire posterior chain. So much upper back. Carrys were killin my grip for some reason so i felt like doing some fat grip holds. Gonna progress these for funsies. Not a bad workout

Took about 80m. Front squats felt really good form wise, felt fast, and back felt great. Gonna try to keep them fast and work a good form. Gonna go a little higher next time. 10x3 is pretty good work on stuff. Incline felt a little sketchier. Form felt just a little off, so I kept the reps clean without a grinder. Snatch rack pulls felt good, getting a good feel for them.
No straps this time, good for grip and such. Did hook on a few for funsies. Did pull aparts and just got a big pump after the first 100. Then the second just felt weaker and the burn wasnt there, weird. Gonna do some sort of row or something next workout cuz i didnt pull really today. All the 10x3 sets were 1m rest roughly. Started at 0 then generally took 30s with setup and such, so then 1m rest. Took 15m total per exerciseys. No videos today,sad day is sad.

Front squats felt pretty good. Really like unilateral dumbbell press, feels real natural and such. Deadlift felt good enough to get a PR with this stance. Second heaviest deadlift I have pulled. Chinups were pretty good, like the wrist movement. Good workout took about 90mish.
Front squat 235x3. Felt pretty good, last one looked a little rougher. Ass shot back, I am trying to work on it. But I think my ass and such are stronger than my quaaaaads. Who knows, gonna keep trying to get the front squat up. Wanted to do 275x5 and 315 for a single by the end of the year ish.

Felt like going lighter today so some unilateral stuffs. I suck at these but they are legit. My ass n hams were killing during both. Press felt good, 155 the last rep was rough cuz it fell in the wrong groove. 150 was much better. Rows made my forarms hurt cuz i have shit for elbow movement. Eh not a bad workout, took forever, but it wasnt bad. Not turrible.

Took about 45m. Press didnt feel great on 130, you can see from the video it wasnt the best set I have ever done. It wasnt the worst either. Ring pushups, I feel them so much in my chest. Guess thats good if i want big titties. Chinups were getting tough near the end, but I felt them mostly back, so thats good. Rows were good, maybe gonna increase next time. My grammar is terrible if you didnt notice. Lots of run-ons and such. I do not care. Merr. Good session, and I did some band traction after as well. Feelin good.

Took 40m. The 10 rep set of squats felt pretty good and was a rep PR. So thats nice. The backoff set at 205 might have given me a stroke, holy shit balls. That was the hardest shit I have ever done. Was on the floor for like solid 5m trying not to die. Got to 20 and wasnt sure if I had done 19 or 20, so said hey why not. Hoorible choice. Legs hurt for like 10 minutes after and they are still sore now. On a bright note my form felt good. Sliding legs curls killed my hammys after the squats. So crampy n such. This was hard as fuuuuuuuuuaaaarccck
25 rep death set. Then I laid on the ground trying not to die. Might have seen a dinosaur.
That squat set was awesome

Press suprised the hell out of me getting 5 reps relatively easy. Got the fifth with a spontaneous pause. Was gonna do some push press but it didnt feel good at all. Ring pushups were easy, gonna add a rep next time. Rows were tough at 155, which is embarassing. Gonna work on those, thinkin working 5x5 or so. Not sure yet. I like to make it up on the fly most the time. I follow same exercises with different sets n reps so idk. Did traction after too.

Took about 45m. Front squats felt good. Top set was decent, ass shot back, but it was heavy. Thought form looked good on front squats. Deadlift felt really easy. Leg curls are hard, but I am def working on it. Pretty good session, then I felt like experimenting with cooking random food. Also did some sled drags in the snow to help my dad out.

Thanks, that suprised me so much. Felt like I could have done it for like 6 or 7. Much easier than the last time I hit 155x5 (which is my PR).

Took about 50m. Press felt pretty good, wanted that 10th, but wasnt 100% sure it would go. Was semi-smart I guess. Pushups were tough, got a massive tit pump. Perky. Chinups felt good, felt them a lot in my back/lat area-ish. Good stuff. Rows were pretty easy until the last set. Gonna increase to like 5x7 or so next time. Pullaparts and the ab thing were fine, nothin special. Did press with a fat grip in the middle to take like an inch off the bottom ROM. Feels better on my left elbow/doesnt feel like it is going to crack a shit ton like it does some other times. It bothers me in like full range flexion of the elbow, so this helps a little so far. Felt better and didnt feel worried about it. So a keeper.
