Is your warm ups long enough to be put into a video? Like I wanna see what you do for mobility. I kind of forgot how to warm up…[/quote]

Trying a new format to see if its easier to read. Squats felt pretty good, 365 felt pretty easy. I think I coulda hit it for another 1-2 at least. Deadlifts felt good, form feels dialed in pausing it. 385 was a slight ball buster but I think I could have done another. Paused just suck but you know you could do more. Some quick core stuff, keeping the volume low and intensity high right now. Meet in 10 days, feeling strong.
I remember failing 365 a few months ago, then I hit it recently for a pretty easy double. I should have left audio in from the first video because you can hear me unrack it and let out a “holy shit” breath/groan. Feels waaay lighter now.
Just worked up to opener and then some , loght assistance. Opener was smoked, should be easy during the meet. Would like to hit 300+ in the meet, shouldnt be a problem. 8 days.

Exciting stuff coming from you soon. The warm up thang and the meet. You’re gonna conflagrate all metal objects in the room of that meet.
Opener was fairly easy, didnt really take it that seriously and it was slower than i wanted. Second was similar, didnt get tight enough and fell waaay forward at the bottom. Took the same weight again and hit it, much better and hit over 400 so I am happy.
Bench-
280 good
300 good
315 fail
Opener felt pretty easy. Second was somewhat slow and thought I could maybe hit 315, clay called it for the third. Took it and pretty much dive bombed it and then stalled and didnt flare when I should have. Technique failure, not a strength issue. Next time.
Deadlift-
405 good
445 good
465 good, PR
Pulls felt awesome. Opener was stupid easy. Second was still fairly easy, and also didnt even break form for the most part. Final attempt went waaay easier than expected, got in the right mindset, pulled it a little rounded but not bad. Didnt even stall, really happy with pulls. Had 10-20 in me at least. Gotta get that 500 next time.
Congrats on the meet dude, and thanks for teh vidz. I personally only get anything out of rolling when it’s done on my stupidly tight glutes. I’ll like gorilla tape my ankle to my opposing knee and then commence forth with the rolling.
Goblet squats (or just simply hanging out in the squat position) is incredibly overlooked, think ima start doing that again.
Also the end of the second video reminded me of that picture.
EDIT EDIT EDIT OH GOD EDIT
That picture really overwhelms my post. It completely destroys the fact that I wanted to be totally serious with my genuine demeanor and thankfulness. Clearly, worm boy not only bombed his photo, but also bombed my post!

Good session to get back into things. Might have been able to do another pressing. Felt good tho. Floor press kicked my ass, triceps super pumped. Rows got a good squueze. Rear delts burn. Pullups didnt seem terrible hard between sets. Back to the grind.
