Yeah, um… no. There’s no need for a treasure hunt-secret decoder ring-adventure to find sources. We’re not a source board, either blatantly or on the down-low.

Not sure where or when that was, but connecting off-site isn’t generally allowed with regard to AAS. Call it being over-protective or paranoid or excessive, whatever. Sorry, bros, but this forum’s not going to make it easy to find gear. That’s just how it is.

I’ve shared ONE of my reddits a few times too, however it was never related to source talk (with regards to illicit anabolic androgenic steroids), is that also against the rules? For future reference, because I don’t want to accidentally do something that gets me kicked off the site.

This might be a stupid question but I’ve been thinking about it. So over the past… however many weeks I’ve been using 250mgs of test/wk (I want to say seven or six weeks) I’ve gained a tremendous amount of muscle mass and definition, I’ll post pics when Im in the mood. 35 days prior to bloods I’m going back to my prescribed dose, which is 140mg/wk, and then apparently I’m (supposed to be) going back to my lower trt dose during the holidays (I got a dose increase, however I was told it was only intermittent, maybe I can convince to let me stay at 140), doesn’t really matter either way because I kinda do my own thing. Post bloods I’m cruising at 200mgs/wk for a while. What I’m curious is, will I lose a lot of muscle mass when lowering the dose for a month? It’s a stupid question, but I’m curious as to what to expect, I’m also cutting ATM and will be during my time on that lower dose, was too fat, can barely see the outline of my abdominals, so I decided to drop some BF and stay fairly lean post cut. @physiolojik

I mean compared to 110mg/wk I feel 10000x better on my current dose, 200mg I think would be more than enough to keep me happy. Currently 74.9kg or so, gonna cut to a lean 70

Hey physio, I’m am curious about your thoughts on estrogen control. I believe I’ve read that you recommend taking nolva and letting the numbers be what they be. Is there any evidence to support this?

And second, what if someone follows the protocol you list, but starts getting signs of high estrogen? Do you recxommend an AI at that point?

Mkay I apologize for all these questions, esp when you’re busy, but… You’re the only person I have to ask these questions lol.

So over the past… I want to say two weeks my joint pain has started to become… pretty bad during workouts again, and the musculoskeletal (non-joint related) pain is even becoming annoying again when I’m not doing anything. Anyway today it was bad enough that I couldn’t finish my workout (legs). I’m aware it’s impossible to give definite advice because you don’t know me but I’m in a bit of a conundrum. If it keeps going this way I have to give up deadlifting, stiff legged deadlifts, hack squats, bench press, skull crushers, squats, leg press, anything overhead and certain calf exercises (screws in ankle) running/ long walks, which leaves me… Unsatisfied

@unreal24278 during the cutting process have you drastically dropped your carbs? remember without carbs your joints will dry out a lot. I remember you said that you were carb intolerant so if you dropped them lots that’s why
