@hardartery only sides that I mentioned. This is where it gets complicated and I can’t seem to find any information on TT to E ratio, only something from others experience. When you say that I don’t want my E too low, how low is ‘too low’? I’ve read some KSman’s posts about (22-30) being ideal, but that applies more to TRT guys I guess? Anyway, I’m not depressed or anything, I just like to understand what’s causing what and how to deal with it not just for now, but for future use and on, I’m not being ignorant it’s just that there is no guidance available on how exactly to control E, or TT to E ratio examples. There are just some simple guides like anastrozole 0.25 - 0.5mg eod or exemestane 12.5 - 25mg eod and many say that SERMS are useless to control E, yet doc himself says otherwise… I’m comfused, sorry if I sound a bit ignorant and negative I’m here to learn 
E2 is very individual. For some guys your level is brutal. I wouldn’t even notice it. You have to do the math yourself to an extent. If you think that your E2 is too high for you, use some AI. Factor in the half-life and base taking it on when you dose your T. It’s probably best to take the AI a few hours after injecting to have it coincide with the aromatisation of your dose. Start very low dose. Some guys like to knock down their levels with one dose a week and let it fluctuate. Other people prefer to maintain a steady level. You’re going to have to play it by ear, but the AI is usually pretty fast acting so you should know pretty quick how you feel.
Thanks for your explanation, AI is something that I’m taking right now which is anastrozole at 1mg/week mon/wed/fri is when I take it. I guess I’ll up it a bit, should I go with 1.25 or 1.5mg/week?
1mg divided into 3 doses? I would go up to 1.25 and give that a week, and proceed from there.

@NH_Watts - this is amazing. Sorry to derail, but I’m on 140mg a week too, doing 40mg EOD and my last TT bloods were 609.
This was 5 weeks after starting 90mg armour thyroid. I recall @physioLojik saying that taking thyroid meds increase processing speed of drugs. Wonder if I’m clearing test faster now.
200/wk puts me at just under 900, no thyroid meds involved… Dang. 1200 on that low dose.
Yeah I cant complain. Fortunate in that regard.
Damn… 140 pharm grade would get me to like… 650-700, probs 450-500 trough… Different strokes for different folks ay
Based on what you guys said it makes me think that my test is good quality? 625mg has me at 2420T and as I understand pharma grade is only when bought from pharmacy?

What he has is hilma biocare. It is a ugl based out of Europe I believe the play off the name of hikma.

It’s not linear like that. I also did a full 250 mg vial my first week. I had done the math based on what the endo wanted me to dose with androgel without factoring in the low absorbtion rate of the gel… I was at 2100 seven days later.
Hikma and hilma are both UK based. Altho you could have easily purchased legit hikma gear from a Indian pharmacy.
But in this guy’s case he has hilma biocare which is 100% a ugl. But as I always say that doesn’t mean it’s bad. It’s a prime example of ugls using the term “pharma grade” tho.
If he is over 2000 ng/dl it ain’t bad.
