You don’t need to wait to up your calories. Just start eating big man, fuck doing “bulks” and “cuts”. Just like @NH_Watts said. I’m 23, just around the same age as you. If you were over 200 pounds it should come back quickly, muscle memory is a great thing. You’re kind of all over the place with what you’re saying so i’m having trouble keeping up. I would say to wait to do a cycle until you’re at a higher weight. After a good 8 years of lifting and being over 230 pounds i decided to do a small anavar cycle with test cyp and i saw great results. But until you’re at a point where you’ve been consistent for a few years i don’t see much point in a cycle, because once you come off of that cycle you will lose a lot of gains and energy. Not exactly what you want when trying to gain weight/strength. Give it some time, get your weight back up to over 200 pounds, then re-evaluate once you get there. Just my two cents.

@ChickenLittle did you ask me something I missed??

Why would i want my weight to get to 200 again? I’m supposed to be obese with no gains? I was literally a 36 inch waist now I’m a 31 inch waist. 200 pounds at 5 ft 9 is not good at all lol I rink you misread my posts

Goodluck bud

by the way, the sheer fact that you want to do a cycle indicates to me that you want to gain weight, so what i says still applies

No. I answered one.

You need the gif file for the animation.https://media.giphy.com/media/l2R013mIf1ZXdvoyI/giphy.gif

Nah. Just need to talk to the Mods about deleting my account.

Why are you deleting you’re account? You’re a valuable commodity to this community.

??? Why??? @ChickenLittle

Dr Sir Mr Sir sirrington @physiolojik, working out when sick, yay or nay? Yeet or floop?

I don’t usually think it’s smart to train sick. Rest rest rest.

Depends on the look you are going for, I was pretty happy around that exact size being fairly lean like in my avatar

Well of course but he was saying I should go back to what I use to be, which was very far from lean. I’d take a lean 200 not the 200 he suggested tho

Got it, didn’t get the context at first read. Yea slow and steady, as soon as I get a little free while trying to put on weight quickly I just get straight fat immediately. My next gaining phase in a few months will be much more controlled.

I most definitely was not talking about getting fat. I misread that part of your post. I thought that was pretty obvious that i was not talking about getting fat… I was talking about putting on much more muscle and giving it more time before doing a cycle.

Mr Dr Sir Sire Rabbi Sir Dr Professor Sir, so I’m still sick, however I’m well enough to the point that I’m going to class again (doctor confirmed viral infection, twas the flu or something of a similar nature, potentially adenovirus?), who cares

Anyway, today I’m going back to gym, I figured if I’m well enough to go to School I’m well enough for gym, that being said I was wondering whether I could move one of the days around and rather do an upper body workout instead of legs, as I don’t think I’d have it in me to do legs in my slightly/somewhat sick state, then I’d do legs tomorrow. Is this acceptable or is it a workout routine not open to manoeuvrability like that.

@physioLojik

Happy Cake Day! Even if you are an asshole. (Jk) Well maybe…

Thank you Mrs Ms. It’s my (I want to say two) year anniversary of being on T-nation.
