Unfortunately I’ve been aggressively balding at the crown since 17, though I didn’t realize how bad it was until I shaved my head in October and saw the shear thinness. My sides are thick as a mf and curly (damn Irish genes) wish I had the guido hair of my Italian family but I’ve got the royal receding bit
Edit: also yeah I’ve tried bald I like it but I have to keep it short. Growing it out now but have to comb over but still obvious I have a strong ass widows peak. I have a strong jawline and full beard so I will def benefit from the bald look when my fellow men finally catch up to me in the balding department. I still wanna grow it back out to be very long and do my best to hide it and milk what little blonde hair I can still grow before it’s gone

still a lot taller than I am. Interesting you say you hit puberty at age 8, I was 9, shaved for first time at 12, which is somewhat normal (not a full beard, just peach fuzz/ mild patchy facial hair at the time) however my growth of facial and body hair was always above other peers of my age… right up until about age 15-16, that’s when my development of secondary sexual characteristics grinded to a halt and my face started to take on a younger appearance, was very strange (hypogonadism, somehow acquired, I’m a medical basket case, my history is quite interesting).

can now grow a full beard, school has restrictions on it though, have been able to since about 17y/o.

My GP/PCP costs me $55 each visit so pretty close.

What does your caloric intake look like if you dont mind me asking?

To what end? What has it done for you? How is your sleep?

I have to mix things up a little. I eat alot of chicken dont get me wrong but today I stopped off at a bbq joint and ordered 1/2 lb lean sliced brisket. Mix up the proteins. Beef. Chicken. Fish. I love it. Been eating cottage cheese and peaches with my 1 yr old daughter. She loves it!!! My wife just sits back and gags while we eat cottage cheese! Lol

Agreed. I have eggs, turkey, beef, chicken, AND fish every day right now.

And I would just sit and eat all of that brisket.

5-6 meals, 130g chicken 150g sweet potato or 135g rice per meal all with broccoli. Incrementally increasing these amounts, I just came off a cut because of what was mentioned above. 10% bf roughly and it works very well because I ended the cut like two weeks ago and was 142 pounds (dry glycogen depleted super low sodium) now I’m 150ish filled back out nicely and bulking. I usually have a shake with 2 cups milk and 1 cup shredded wheats (1-2 scoops protein) as my breakfast because I have class or work 9-5 all week. I hit gym 7 days a week, 4 days lifting and 3 rest days that had hour stairmill. Lowering cardio a bit but keeping a good bit of it as I leave this cut. I eat tons of veggies outside of my meal prep especially with my sugar mama because she’s from Beijing and she’s a literal rabbit so I’m usually sautĆ©ing a ton of veggies for her rabbit ass. It works well for me, I train abs and obliques 3-4 times a week. I do change the veggie up slightly and I’m raising carbs as I said but I try to avoid red meat unless I go out to eat and scarf down a million kebabs of lamb, beef, and then lean meats like chicken and fish with my girl. Keep dumplings away from me because I’ll inhale them, especially baozi.
Edit: also I do eat eggs every now and then and eat most meats if I eat out, but my meal prep is 100% chicken sometimes turkey because LA is mad expensive I’m not paying $109385 for a pound of salmon lmao

I wonder if @physioLojik has an idea, because my sister who’s 28 or so now also hit puberty around same age like 7-9 range, we both had precocious puberty. My mother says it’s whatever they put in the chicken and milk these days haha because growing up we’d always eat chicken cutlet. Dat der anabolic chicken

Out of curiosity, have you ever tried ramping up your calories cleanly to say like 3.5k or 4k and do that for like a year while crushing the gym? You’re 22 and can still just eat big and hit the gym hard and grow. I mean why did you cut? You should just be eating and growing on your own before turning to drugs to push you past your genetic potential. You’re not at your potential yet sir. Eat and grow until you cant and then if you want to consider other courses of action.

It sounds like you were on a good path, fell off the wagon and got a little out of shape, and are now just ramping lifts back up but you are also dieting which of course you won’t grow much on.

I was 210, I cut to 142 on and off. Lost all gains when I was up at 210 but got most back. And yeah I’m building to 4K a day, don’t wanna just up it all at once. I’m around 2800 a day rn I also consume mixed nuts when in class. 1/2-1 cup daily
Edit: and yeah I know I can milk natty potentially for a good while longer but I honestly don’t care about that. I’m going to cycle regardless but want to ensure I do so as safely as possible and also as effectively as possible. I know it won’t be my last cycle, anyone who said they will do just one was or is lying. I do however plan on spacing it out a handful of months. Not trying to rush myself into an endocrine failure before 40
