Thank you for asking. I was having a hard time wrapping my brain around this.

@Hostile hey man. I actually prefer the juice.

A negative reaction to tamoxifen can happen. Have you tried a lower dosage? 10mg?

Yeah. I just saw what you wrote looked on YouTube and see I was doing them all wrong.

@charlie12 sounds like typical shoulder dysfunction and instability causing referral pain. Def not related to thyroid meds

Yeah I did a little research and a bunch said its easy to fuck those exercises up and mess your shoulders up. Now you/we know.

feel like an ass. and i showed my sons how i do bench dips. fuck.

I will change.

how do i get it better efficiently? other than stopping my dysfunctional dips.

Would biceps curl irritate it as well.

Some dislocates with a band may be useful.
There’s about a 1,000 threads up in the rehad/injury section on how to fix shoulders.

and i stopped my thyroid med for this. but i think that worked out good. i will do labs friday and will reasses to make sure i need them.

ill tell you something, my hands were already feeling cold 2-3 days after stopping it. so it was a good sequence of events so am sure i need it. but i probably need to give my body a chance to see am no longer taking armor. I was only taking Armour for a few weeks. at least the shoulder pain allowed my endo to switch from t4 only to armor. i blamed it on the t4.

i stopped it Monday - so friday will be almost 2 weeks. may not even get a proper lab cause t4 has long 1/2 life.

Thank you guys. i appreciate your responses as always.

Thanks man. If I’m beating a dead horse tell me; I’m a technical kind of guy and like understanding mechanisms. Is there a reason you like the juice? Just trying to avoid extra calories and sugar; that’s why I liked the prospect of the extract powder which would easily mix in my shakes. Do you prefer the juice because it’s proven effective and you’ve never experimented with the extract?

How much juice are we talking per day?

I haven’t tried a lower dose of nolva. I was using 20-40 mgs of nolva everyday. Do you think 10mgs would still be effective?

you recommend any particular you tube channel for demos?

Nothing in particular. Whenever I try something new I just do a general search. I know the names of trainers I trust and some can usually be found here on t-nation in articles. Exrx.net for general movement patterns. But does this movement match with what you have found as proper?
BWBenchDipLegsElevated

I lived in NC for 20 years. Its $12 a quart for good stuff, $10 for bad stuff. Pretty easy to get.

I am curious as to your opinion on the possible effects of hyperparathyroidism hyperplasia on T and TRT. I had surgery one year ago for it, and I am thinking that it may be responsible for my low T. @physioLojik

Hands should be to rotated so shoulder is back.

Like this. But what you post the way she is doing it looks fine too. I guess there more than 1 way

I think my big Problem was that I was doing on floor and had no room to move down

Doctor Sir @physioLojik, is test flu real? Is it related, in you’re opinion to dirty, unsterile gear or increased levels of etiocholanolone #immunostimulant

In some individuals, rising etiocholanolone can definitely aggregate the immune system (since that’s its job haha. Not everyone will feel this, but some do.

If the gear is UGL - shit anything is possible
